In the 3 sessions of the Afoot Nordic Walking courses you will master the classic Nordic walking technique to turn walking, typically a lower body activity, into a full body aerobic experience.

  • You will also learn balance, movement, and mind-body exercises as well as cardio, strength, and power exercises based on Nordic walking.
  • The course will help you take control of your own wellness and fitness journey because you will be able to integrate Nordic walking and the exercises you learned into your personal wellness and fitness disciplines.

At the end of the course, you will receive:

  • A certificate of completion
  • A personal programming guide
  • Lesson plans of the 3 sessions with the exercises you learned so you can take control of your wellness and fitness journey (we continually introduce new exercises in future courses, so keep coming back!)
  • Announcements about future Nordic walking opportunities
  • A small gift to congratulate you for starting your Nordic walking journey
