You can progress from Nordic walking technique to holistic group exercise that can be done indoors and outdoors. The programs integrate Nordic walking with fitness and mind-body movement.

Custom package prices are less expensive than buying the same programs separately

Online or in person? How do decide.

Time

Does your schedule make consistent training times impossible? You may want the convenience of online.

If you’re able to attend classes on a regular schedule, then you’ll enjoy in person sessions. 

Location

Are you too far away to participate in person? Try online training. Online training brings the training session to you.

In person would make sense if you’re closer to the training location. Check on safety, accessibility, and amenities that meet your requirements.

Sociability

Do you prefer to be around people? In person sessions are just right for you. It’s always fun to support each others’ journeys.

If you want relationship-building during online training, make sure the coach incorporates activities to make it happen.

Subjective preference

No matter the advantages and disadvantages, some people simply prefer one or the other and will do what it takes to make it work. In that case, think through how you can make it work as efficiently as possible.
