  • 344 of 536 group members (64.2%) are beginners (never Nordic walked or less than 1 year). So far, the group consistently is 2/3 beginners.
  • 56 of 536 group members (10.4%) are certified instructors. This 10% level appears to be a consistent ratio.

This means beginners are the heart of our group, and certified instructors are the seasoning.

We share tips and experiences and strive to encourage people to create their own walking groups.
